Car Park Civil Works, Browns Plains

A 300m2 Bio retention basin was constructed as per council requirements to filter all stormwater from the car park and surrounding areas. Prior to the placement of the bitumen car park a number of large stormwater and sewer pipelines were placed to service future commercial development. As sales of the existing development were subject to the completion of the aforementioned works, this meant that programming of the works was vital.
